Hart and I met as seniors at Fayette County High School in 2003. We quickly learned how much we loved houses and spent many of our summer dates that year cruising through subdivisions of Fayette County and surrounding areas. We both attended Charleston Southern University where Hart earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and I, a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Our time in Charleston only furthered our adoration and knowledge of real estate. We were married right after graduating college in 2008... a very interesting time in real estate’s history! We started a real estate investment company in 2010, buying distressed homes and renovating them to sell. Through this, I found I loved to market the homes we were listing for sale. From designing the house on a tight budget to bring the most value, all the way to the pictures and listing description- we wanted to be in charge of it all!

I got my real estate agent’s license in 2014 and sold $2million in real estate that year, and have only added to that level of production every year after. I became a broker in 2017, preparing for the perfect time to serve our clients through our own brokerage... which would end up being April of 2020.

Hart got his license in 2017 to become our buyer’s agent. He focuses on assisting buyers in finding their home and getting it for the best price possible- something he has a ton of experience with, even for us personally. He watches the market, I’d argue, more than anyone else! He is amazing at negotiating. He often exceeds a client’s target price. There is no way you will get a better deal with any other agent. He is truly investment minded and works hard to set his clients up with an awesome house and many times with immediate equity.

Together we have sold over $38 million of our client’s homes within the last 9 years. It is not our goal to get as many listings as possible- that is not how we have built our business. It is our goal to provide the best service to the people that trust us as their agents. ALL of our business is, and has always been, referral based- we have never paid for even 1 lead.
